We have very competitive hourly rates and also offer daily/weekly/monthly in home care service plans as needed.
All our Home Care Aides (caregivers) are licensed and bonded and covered under our worker's compensation insurance to ensure zero liability to our clients. We conduct thorough background checks on all our Home Care Aides including reference checks, criminal background checks, DMV check, licensure verification, fingerprinting, TB testing and medical clearance to work.
With so many home care providers in the market today we realize it may be challenging to differentiate between them. To help you in your evaluation we have put together some important pointers.
We provide initial training and orientation as well as ongoing training in different areas of caregiving to ensure we have the best trained and qualified staff to care for our clients. We conduct unannounced supervisory visits to ensure our quality of in home care service and also to assess if the designed Care Plan needs any modifications based on clients' response to receiving care.
