What are all the services that you provide?
Please view our services page for a list of our comprehensive at home homecare and supportive services.
Where do you provide your services?
We provide home care services at our clients place of residence – their own home, an independent or assisted facility where they may be living, a skilled nursing home or hospital they may be in temporarily.
Are your caregivers bonded, insured and covered by Workmen's Compensation?
Yes. All our Home Care Aides (caregivers) are bonded, insured and covered by our workmen’s compensation insurance. They are all our W2 employees and we process their payroll. There is zero liability to our clients.
Do you screen your caregivers?
Yes, we conduct competitive assessments, thorough criminal background checks, reference checks, licensure checks, DMV checks, and personal interviews to ensure peace of mind for all out clients and their families.
How much does this service cost?
The cost of the at home homecare service depends primarily on the care needs of the client. The level of care, number of care recipients (both parents or only one), any special situations and Service Plan (hourly, live-in, overnight, packages etc.) are all determining factors. Please call us for an initial no-obligation assessment (free of cost) and we will be able to advise you on the cost of service as well as packages available to help you meet your needs within your budget.
Are your caregivers supervised by the administrative staff?
Yes. Our staffing and care managers conduct onsite supervisory visits to our clients’ homes during the time our Home Care Aide (caregiver) is working there. These visits are unannounced and allow us to test our Home Care Aide's against our company work performance standards required of all our staff.
What happens if my regular caregiver is sick or cannot come as scheduled?
We always have a backup plan for such situations and we will send you the shadow (backup) Home Care Aide assigned to you keeping your particular needs in mind.
What is the minimum number of hours of service you provide?
We have no minimum hourly requirements, use us for a few hours a day or 24/7 depending on your preference and needs.
